Pros
A company with a team that is exceptionally kind, helpful, and highly knowledgeable, making a significant impact on fabrication and joining technology. Its history even extends back to contributions made to the Allied forces during World War II.
Cons
A company with a significant impact on fabrication and joining technology, whose history includes contributions to the Allied forces during World War II, has recently seen a decline. Over the past 8 to 10 years, the dedication and hard work of the staff in research, innovation, and training have been undermined by a faction within the company that favors individuals who offer personal benefits and flattery. Meanwhile, those who diligently serve clients and strive to meet their expectations have been mistreated for the gain of a few. The toxic behavior start at the core and now it spread to other region. While there is more to this story, it's not worth delving into it here. To prospective employees: I recommend reading George Orwell's "Animal Farm" and reflecting on the phrase, "All animals are equal, but some animals are more equal than others." This will give you insight into the current state of the company. If you seek knowledge and experience with a team of supportive and kind staff, you might find value in working here for up to three years before moving on. There are a few departments that remain non-toxic, led by an outstanding manager who embodies compassion, professionalism, and a clear vision. This manager recognizes and rewards hard work with salary adjustments, certifications, better training, additional leave, and acknowledgment. However, if these managers leave, the company may face severe decline, and by then, it will be too late for those still on board, the top manager will say mayday !!! mayday !!! mayday!!! call for help !!! and during that time it already too late. We, the "lambs," are already moving on to other opportunities. While the new situation may not be identical, it offers better salaries, and we might even follow the exceptional manager who has departed.
