Pros

• Most of the team was friendly • Nice view over the Greenbelt • Coffee and sometimes snacks • The team is small enough and usually gather to celebrate birthdays and holidays

Cons

• Project management's workflow to the team was unorganized. This resulted in blaming team members instead of reflecting on the lack of process and planning created from the top. • Team members were treated poorly by upper project management. These bright and talented creatives with 10-30 years of experience were treated with little to no respect and many times talked down to in front of the team. • Each employee carried large workloads and several projects at a time with unrealistic deadlines. This is a production agency, and fast pace should be expected. These projects, however, came out of thin air and to the surprise of even the project management team somehow. • There was a disconnect, lack of trust and communication between project management and sales. That could have changed since they hired a new sales team. • Production took the blame for missing the deadlines when it was not prioritized into the workflow. • It was no longer creative. Making a creative worker create something that was due yesterday stifled creativity and also the team's passion and drive behind their work. This damaged the culture and will hurt the team’s skills. • Difficult to be setup for success. It seemed everyone was setup for failure.

Pros

The organization has amazed me from the beginning. I am a recent graduate with an organizational communications degree from St. Edwards University in Austin. The way this company has functioned is remarkable. The CEO when I started, Kim Kasee, did an amazing job of challenging AND encouraging all positions in the company from president of sales to the guy who sets up the email blasts, her knowledge and excitement for the success of each person in the company was superb. The transition to new leadership as Kim Kasee, CEO was directed to new ventures was communicated well and the crossover between Kim and our new CEO, Christine Wyatt has been very healthy for our company. Transition can be daunting, but when done correctly can benefit an organization in many ways. Kim and Christine have launched our organization into the future and it is an exciting time to work in Higher Education Marketing with TWG Plus.

Cons

The market niche that TWG Plus serves is fractional of the overall market. Even though this company has experience some growth throughout it's tenure, the only thing I would want is faster growth.

Pros

I'm a new hire and from the moment I walked in the door, I felt welcome and invited. While the team is small, they are fierce and fun! You can really feel collaborative environment, and it feels like I've become part of a growing family. The leadership is stellar, the new CEO is on point and leads wonderfully, she's very accessible- you can tell the entire team respects her. Most of the team has family and the work/life balance is amazing. There's so much room for growth and opportunity here, they're doing amazing things.

Cons

The office is growing quickly and there's only one large conference room, so we may need to move to a new space soon, but that's a good problem to have!
