Pros
Very relaxed work environment that is somewhat like a family. People are extremely friendly and willing to help/talk to you. Informal with attire and flexible working schedule/hours within reason. Pay is pretty good for the field
Cons
Downsides are that since Dover Corp took over there has been a lot of mismanagement and lack of standards when four companies were combined together. As such work can be confusing, unclear, and people in the company generally have no other knowledge of what the rest of the plant is doing other than their specific job.
