Gossip, bullying, false accusations and people were not inclusive which was surprising. Manager was hardly at the desk.

- Upper management are horrible. They have no experience or knowledge about what they’re doing, they’re just power hungry. - staff are over worked and underpaid. There is minimal support for mental health or consideration that we’re just people. - upper management will gaslighting you - I was bullied by two senior members of staff over my time here. I have email evidence of how they spoke to me and each time I took it to HR and was told ‘they’re just like that, deal with it’ - bonuses for show sales only paid to category manages and producers makes everyone else feel worthless and impacts everyone else’s jobs. Bonus’ for product sales cause bullying and toxic behaviour amongst the staff - I was verbally abused by upper management multiple times, in full view of the open plan office. HR dismissed me. - toxic people are rewarded with promotions and being kept ‘safe’ while anyone who speaks up gets squashed. - only coffee option is blend 43
