Bonus’ for product sales cause bullying and toxic behaviour amongst the staff - I was verbally abused by upper management multiple times, in full view of the open plan office. HR dismissed me. - toxic people are rewarded with promotions and being kept ‘safe’ while anyone who speaks up gets squashed. - only coffee option is blend 43
