      Pros

      Cant find anything good about the company. Run autocratically by two brothers. Epitome of "LALA CULTURE". Employees are striving to survive by just licking the management`s feet

      Cons

      Low quality products, no defined service policy, Toxic work culture, more than 15 hours of office time, tremendous politicking (endorsed & enjoyed by the owners), people are treated like slaves.

      For me it was a good exposure, learned a lot about the industry, decent pay if you are starting out

      Cons

      *No timings, sometimes will be expected to work late and on weekends if you belong to certain teams. *Need to work on saturdays.
