      Pros

      The opportunity to work on some creative projects for large clients in the entertainment industry. There are some very nice people and creative minds that you are able to learn a lot from.

      Cons

      Pay wasn't up to industry standard. Very long hours which meant a social life was impossible to attain during the week. No bonuses. Work went mostly thankless. Management tries to pretend the office has a 'fun' atmosphere but there was basically nothing fun about it.

      Pros

      You will have a superb work/ life balance, and the benefits are great. The company fosters a positive and encouraging creative culture.

      Cons

      If you like working in an office, you might not like it here. You might not like it if you are uncomfortable working with enthusiastic, fun personalities.

      Pros

      CEO seem eccentric but overall kind. VP was amazing to work with had a production at first seemed to have my best interest, however seemed like she was trying to get rid of me.

      Cons

      They never fully told me why it was that they were letting me go. They said the account no longer needed a senior producer.
