Pros
High brand recognition locally, interesting to run into minor-celebs and well-known faces from time to time; company tries to avoid overtime so you get off work fairly punctually.
Cons
Very traditional company culture, every little expenditure and business decision needs to be reported and approved by 5+ managers, extremely inefficient organization hierarchy. None of the employees really enjoy their jobs, and most senior employees only want to do the bare minimum or "what they are told"
