- You're never trusted to take initiative on new ideas, you are mostly expected to continue the same work that has been done before. - They tell you that it is ok to take sick days off when you're not feeling great mentally only to bring it up against you after you're following their advice. - The teams change very rapidly, at least in QA you can expect an entirely new team every 1-2 years, with high turnover. - No trust from management, your emails and messages are constantly under surveillance and you can even be denied communication with people from your own team if you are currently undergoing mental therapy. - No chance of promotions unless you change positions (so no senior-level positions). - No opportunity to work remotely or more flexible hours.
