Pros
There are not much a lot of pros, people are ok and line managers are nice, however they are not relevant all big decisions are made by one person
Cons
Wrong strategy, old school, very centralised in one person that is taking a lot of wrong decisions. I don't see a bright future for the company avoid if you can
