Wonderful and friendly direct colleagues, willing to help each other.
Cons
Environment does not provide psychological safety, esp in the people-related department. Hard to promote with high expectations and workload, need to keep justifying. Strictly no WFH, bosses will appear concerned and start telling you this is for the organisation good. High attrition at times. Senior management will say One NHG but dont practice/show in reality.
