the job itself is fine, straightforward.
Cons
The environment is toxic, leadership in other departments that affects my job is a joke. Not really any advancement opportunities and pay isn't great either. New hires with less experience are getting hired on for higher than qualified employees, the yearly reviews and raises are a joke.
