Pros
Diversity, is good. Working with different cultures made it fun working with other diversity.
Cons
Management force employees to work a 7 day schedule. Raises are not common to give to employees. If there's an increase, you'd only see 1 to 2 percent of your pay rate. Which basically is within 30 cents or less. - Management don't realize how much the employees work so hard to make it things happen. - Do not work the Swing Shift. If you get a chance to work there. Swing shift is the "work horse" of the fab and most likely you'll be the ones that will putting out product more than any other shifts in the fab. Beware, this is not a stable place to work and now it's been taken over by a company named TTM Technologies. Giving TTM Technologies less than a year and the shake down will begin. It's not going to be there anymore. Place is going down.
