I can honestly say that our leadership team across the organization truly cares about their employees. Benefits are ok and there are some opportunities for advancement.
Cons
With the rapid growth of the organization over the past year, there are opportunities to improve efficiencies. As with any change, there are bumps in the road. TTM acquired VIA Systems last June, so as time goes on, the organization should see a lot of benefits as the two companies capitalize on each others strengths.
