      Since it’s relatively new company, there are opportunities to take on more responsibilities. They accommodate having to start late/finish early well.

      Cons

      Relatively new company, expect a lot of work on your plate. Sometimes we have to work long hours. They might request you to work over the weekend during a busy project period.
