Pros
You get to work on the latest Warner Bros movie franchises. The company churns out a game every 6 to 9 months so there is lots of work. Plenty of opportunity for overtime if thats your thing.
Cons
Uninspiring working environment. Very basic facilities in the office and no scope for training or personal development. The management do not allow any time for training/ keeping up to date. Little scope for creativity. There is a very high turnover of staff but the games are so successful that the managements attitude is "if it aint broke dont fix it".
