Pros

As a gym, the facilities are expansive, but the equipment is average tier. There are many opportunities to cross-learn from personal training, rehab, and other services. Generally quite flexible on work timings and schedule.

Cons

Expect the management to promise many things at the beginning of your employment in order to draw you in. The upper management is messy and directionless, with many hidden agendas based on weightless whims. Be prepared to perform roles or tasks outside your job requirements to support them. Strings will be pulled by one or two people and expect unilateral decisions to be made toward your employment and salary.

Pros

Vision-Driven Culture: TSquared Lab is not just another fitness brand; it's a purpose-led ecosystem that’s redefining what it means to build a healthier, longer, more fulfilling life. Being part of that vision has been deeply meaningful. Empowered to Create: As Marketing Head, I’ve had the freedom to innovate, lead major campaigns, and build cross-functional strategies that move the needle. Supportive, Smart Team: Every department — from training and physio to nutrition, is filled with people who are committed, kind, and highly skilled. Collaboration here is energising. Leadership with Integrity: The leadership team truly cares. They invest in your personal and professional development, and trust you with real responsibility. Fast Growth, Real Impact: You see the results of your work every day, in brand growth, in client transformations, and in the energy of a team that’s building something meaningful.

Cons

If you’re looking for a cushy, slow-paced role, this may not be the right place. It’s high growth, high ownership, and that’s the beauty of it.
