Pros
Set Rota's And Stores, And they will always do there best to change your store/store's if you dont like the store you are given.
Cons
You need to log your hours as payroll dont always get it right, When i have been on shift and ask to move to another i did not get paid for trailing time although i was helping them out okay it might only be 15/30 minutes each time but it all and up and it counts as the pay for the work is well below par, and they will call you morning-noon and night despite what shift you might have been working. All in all a very demanding company that put you under pressure all the time.
