Limited use of advanced financial tools and slower decision-making processes at times. Growth opportunities may be limited for long-term roles.

1. I am proud to be part of TSS journey which has been taking Fashion forward since 1998. 2. I had joined the company in 2004 at MG Road office as a Tech Officer, of course MG Road A fashionable place in the city!!!. 3. Started handling premium brands at TSS, product requirement for some brands was completely new to me, one point of time I was surprised about the requirement because of it's uniqueness. But I have been able to grow into an entirely new role with the help of passionate people surrounded me who motivate new talents and give opportunity to learn and Management is totally supporting and helps in all aspects. 4. Learned a lot and gained a lot of experience with the help of seniors who guiding me to serve the customers. For me this is the best company to work with who not only motivate juniors and middle staffs but also helps in every manner in all aspects of growth. 5. TSS a unique place where it is growing so fast, so there is an enormous opportunity for people to come in and to learn and accomplish so much within a short time. Would recommend definitely for people who want to be bright and visible at their positions. 6. There has been a lot of ups and down in my journey with TSS but totally happy and satisfied.
