Thank you for the great feedback. We love that you love working at TSP and recognize our great benefits and culture. As TSP continues to grow, it is of utmost importance to us that we always hold dear our culture and values no matter how large we get. You are right on the money about remembering our "worker bees." All TSP employees have a job and do those jobs extremely well. It's part of the reason we call our people #TSProckstars. We aren't biased or cliche, we really do believe our people are rockstars. Our workforce is so geographically disperse and many of our employees work onsite at a customer location day-to-day. It's a constant challenge to keep employees engaged and part of TSP as a whole.
