10yWOW, we really appreciate you taking the time out of your day to write such a kind review. We love the advice you gave. In fact, we love it so much, it's part of our vision, "...to retain and nurture our strong beliefs and culture as it grow..." We can't do that alone though, we need employees such as yourself to hold us accountable.
We often say our product is our people, and we definitely work hard, but we like to think along the way, we have a lot of fun also!
Our geographic disparity is definitely something we are constantly aware of. In our line of business, it's easy for employees to feel like they are on an island, all alone. We certainly have large hubs of employees in some locations, but it's also not uncommon for a TSP employee to be the only TSP employee on a customer site.
Through some of our social media and technology initiatives we are always striving to make every TSP employee feel like they are part of something larger than themselves. Even though we can't all be physically together, there are other ways we can communicate, share and collaborate.
