      Pay rate was higher than industry standards.

      Cons

      Toxic leadership and culture. Hourly employees were not allowed over time instead the work was shifted to salaried employees with the expectation of 12 hour days 5 days a week in office.

      Lower compensation than competitors. The fab in Washington works on less exciting science than the one in Arizona
