Pros

Money is good, you will be busy all day.

Cons

Almost nothing you learn can be taken elsewhere, so you will be pigeonholed after a few years here. Management will bully/belittle employees through a culture of shaming in order to always make you feel like you're not enough. Overtime is just expected, and bosses will hold meetings at 6 or 7 pm on a Friday sometimes, and act like nothing is wrong with that. There is also rampant sexual harassment. I'm a male and I've experienced it in the form of butt-slapping and comments about my appearance, but the women (obviously) get it so much worse. Senior male engineers would keep excel files where they would "rate" female vendors/employees , and spend time/effort chatting amongst each other on where to place them. I don't know if it's still a thing, but it was maybe the most disgusting thing I've seen in a professional setting.
