Run Away! - Process Engineer TSMC Employee Review

Okay, I am a full-time employee here, and I am risking my job here to tell you all to run away if you're considering joining this company, I won't provide too many details but the following is why: 1. Streetful Environment 2. Strict about Working from Home 3. No Personal Phone at Work 4. Tough on office arrival and departure time 5. Strong Asian Culture and Top Down Management 6. Some Taiwanese are rude to Americans especially when you're male. That's discrimination! 7. They can't find enough Americans to join so they are sending more Taiwanese over to the state, more than half of the employees at work are Taiwanese now. It's just weird.
