One of the best companies I have ever worked for! - Client Services TSI Auto Solutions Employee Review

Although I only spent one year working at TSI, I really enjoyed it. I worked in customer support and I really enjoyed the the environment. The work was challenging, and I was quite busy , but that also meant there was never a dull moment. I was always supported by my peers, which I attest to the great team culture that is evident in the company.

As I said in the above there is never a dull moment, which some people may not thin is ideal if they want a less busy environment to do their work.

- Salaries are very competitive - Major changes in the right direction with regards to work life balance, employee engagement and management practices. - Company recently purchase by employee owned US company (NCM Associates) with many of the benefits going to be making its way north. - Flexible work hours - Regular work events - Projects named after beers with parties at the completion of projects. - More and more pros being rolled out all the time.
