Pros

good food, you grow to like your coworkers and have fun,

Cons

There is a severe lack of training and development among employees and management, it's frustrating because you feel like you are constantly doing everything wrong in the kitchen, but you don't receive any training to begin with. Disunity and negativity, high stress, no training, employees either quit or call in due to issues with management, scheduling is never consistent, no training for customer service is offered either, unless you get lucky and have someone who cares and is willing to show you how to do things, management does not receive clear updates either, so they can't help you when they don't receive any support themselves.

Pros

It is what you make of it. You get the same level of energy from the company that you put into the company. Area for growth and development.

Cons

If you want to grow you have to really commit. It can be exhausting.
