Pros

The office manager was kind, some friendly staff, the interview was great and I was offered a job quickly. They also tried to increase my pay, so they could keep me.

Cons

The office environment was very unpleasant, and too busy, upset staff all the time, and there were a lot of horrible rumors about the director which I think showed in the management and care for the staff. I was offered an admin role (which I wanted) where the SALARY would allow me to move nearer to my mum, all was great. Made the move. Weeks into me starting, I had to reinterview for a job role there due to a office reconstruction (NO WARNING of this during my original interview) and was demoted to a customer service role and my pay was DECREASED. I couldn't afford the cost of living anymore and ended up pregnant. I, therefore, had to urgently look for a new role as a pregnant woman. Luckily I found a successful company that took me five months pregnant, with religious directors, great pay, and a small loving, and caring environment. I've worked at four companies now in total due to moves and comparing them. TSG was a actually quite an unpleasant place.

Pros

Nice family run feel even though the company has grown. Don’t feel like just a number and feel like an important part of the team.

Cons

There are none I can think of.

Pros

Learnt a bit about boilers etc... CS team are nice positive comments from customers which was lovely.

Cons

Negative atmosphere, felt like school, applied for a 'stable' position and they decided to reconstruct office when I got there. I got demoted, into my worst job ever - my job I applied for was reduced to 6 people. Salary decreased which messed my cost of living up (they knew I had to earn a certain amount before I accepted first job). Management is disrespectful and doesn't value you. Luckily, I fell into another job quickly with an amazing company making my hard work in education worth my while. Directors are amazing, the complete opposite.
