Does not have huge opportunities for advancement but if that’s not a big concern careers wise its a perfect place to work.

Paid for loaded and empty miles. Ok benefits

Detention pay is laughable. Lots of favoritism towards certain drivers who won't hesitate to call in and snitch on anything another driver does regardless of how miniscule or severe it may be.
