Pros
Supportive staff, laid back environment, 3 weeks of training, 1-3 weeks of nesting to get your feet wet on the floor
Cons
Misleading pay (advertised as "$10-$12 plus commission, vs the reality of $8 base pay, plus weekly $2 bonus and commission - which only builds up to roughly $12/hr after a couple of months on the floor, not immediately) Downplayed the sales aspect severely, advertised almost like business consulting, helping business owners - in reality, is strong sales position, even as someone in Save and Retention (customers are transferred to this dept when they want to leave or disconnect services) so they're pissed. That would have been a good detail to know in the interview.
