Pros
- Very interesting projects about the power grid at a European level. - Really international team (+24 nationalities), really good atmosphere between colleagues, inside and outside the office. - Very competitive compensation. - If there is a need to do overtime some day, you are obliged to compensate that by taking more holidays (probably that's common practice in Germany, but no so much in other countries). - In general, the company puts a great effort in keeping employees happy (organising events, paying for trainings of your choice etc.) - You are encouraged to give feedback at all times.
Cons
- In my personal case the only con is that the company is located in Germany, which is not where I would choose to live if it wasn't for work. Other than that, none.
