      The work load is steady and it can be very cyclical. Most work revolves around board meetings and CPA certifications throughout the year.

      Cons

      Working with a small group of people can be taken either way - it can be great if you have a good working relationship with those around you, but it can be a nightmare if you have issues with others or your superior.
