      Family-like atmosphere. Decent pay and working hours.

      Cons

      Family-like atmosphere. It's like a whole bunch of family members who can't agree on anything and management has a very hard time making a decision and sticking to it once anyone complains. Directions and plans keep changing.

      Great coworkers and uplifting work environment. Travel required but work from home availability when not in the field. Great pay and work life balance. Opportunities to learn a lot and level up your skill set in the IT field. Best management who will not micromanage and trust in their team to do the work
