Small airport offers more flexibility and ability to respond to a unique situation outside a rigid rule book scope and more opportunities to advance.
Cons
Management: felt largely absent, uninspiring, personally involved and at times created sexually charged (in a negative way) environment, complained to employees about other employees, did not promote merit-based advancement or work at all to diminish detrimental cliques within the organization.
