Pros

It actually provides decent benefits, such as health insurance, annual leave, sick leave, and pays quite well for an entry level job.

Cons

Ever-changing security protocols, constantly tested to justify your job, no autonomy, very little satisfaction from job, high employee turnover, and rock-bottom morale. Management is incompetent. They are not certified to perform any of the functions that the uniformed officers perform on a daily basis. It should be required for EVERYONE (even federal security directors) to become certified on patdowns, bag checks, x-ray, osarp, tdc, etc. That way upper management could step into any position that is required of a uniformed officer and lead by example. We, as a whole, have witnessed anything except good leadership from H band employees and higher.
