Anyone is this job will be your friend to your face and the minute they think they can get a promotion or rub elbows with higher ups they WILL throw you under. Unfair promotion practices. Leave restrictions even for those with medical documentation. Unprofessional non platonic relationships between officers and management. It’s really a mess. They don’t care about anything outside of that job. Mandatory work even during major weather events.
