Pros
There are some really great people working for the agency. I like most of my Coworkers. Benefits are good. Pay is decent for a Bachelor with no wife or kids. You get to meet some cool passengers every now and then, including celebrities.
Cons
Absolutely NO holidays off. Requesting Annual leave is a difficult process. Very strict rules that are always changing. Always dealing with large crowds. You have to bid for a new schedule like every 6 months. Can be very monotonous sometimes. Hiring/Training process is very long.
