always overtime available at my airport pay is decent compared to other security officer jobs paid time off and sick time (its a must working at a disgusting stressful airport) if you're good at kissing butts of management/supervisors, regardless of how awful you are at the job, theres great movement opportunities for you!
Cons
punished for doing a good job higher-ups play favorites understaffed, over worked, underpaid, and unappreciated job is very repetitive and boring silly passengers working at my specific airport just plain sucks
