      Great platform to cross promote between other agencies i.e. Customs and Border Patrol, ICE and other government agencies. Health Benefits, Thrift savings plans and paid vacations are a plus.

      Cons

      Lots of inner department politics and nepotism. Promoting within can seem difficult however is quickly achievable. Under this new administration, our future as an agency is uncertain.
