Pros
Benefits are basically the only reason I still work here.
Cons
Top brass are ex-military and they run TSA as a military unit not as a civilian operation. Your mostly a cog in the machine, and you can be replaced after they use you up. Management only have their own interests in mind. It's too hard to acquire equipment for safety at the small airports. Smaller airports get over looked for improvements, always the last to receive anything.
