Pros

The first year of my employment with TSA, things were great! My team and I enjoyed coming to work.. and that's basically it.

Cons

Things start to take a downturn when new management took over. - Lack of communication - Does not treasure its employee and their feedback. - MICRO-MANAGING! When will people realize that micro managing is an instant demoralizing factor? After the new management took over, people started leaving almost every day. The Management delude themselves saying that they are changing the company's structure and are "getting rid of bad the staff" and that this transition will all be over. It's 2020 and looking at the reviews here, I don't think so. Staffs were under-appreciated for the amount of effort we put in our work. Management is quick to blame and bully you when they find the smallest mistake but will never ever acknowledge it when you do a good job. I even had a colleague who had to come back to work A DAY AFTER HER WEDDING because her leave was cancelled at the very last minute.

Work from Home (Sometimes you miss going to the office) - for the most part its good.
