Houston location was a great one to be a part of for the 17 plus years I was employed.

Unfortunately the company closed in July 2016.

The people I manage and being able to make a difference by having freedom to introduce new processes in order to make improvements. Our Texas facility is has very strong leadership in management and with the separation from headquarters has functioned much better than the Tennessee facility which is closing

Management changes due to decreased sales has hampered further improvements and moving some areas of the material organization under manufacturing that are counter productive to earlier successes. This was unfortunately only in our Franklin Tennessee facility
