Pros

The management team and employees were all very friendly. Easy group of people to work with

Cons

It was completely misleading in my opinion. I applied to a public relations job (shortly after getting a degree in a related field). However, it was strictly sales and there was nothing related to the job I thought I was applying to. At the time, I needed a job badly and took the job offer to try it out. If you would be interested in long 10 hour days standing in a store trying to get people to sample products with little compensation for all your work - it's the job for you.

Pros

A lot of travel opportunities if you want to travel. Good as a part-time job for college students looking for experience in sales.

Cons

CEO sees employees as numbers, not as people. CEO is very unproffessional: constantly emailing employees last minute changes and expects employees to be "yes men". Rather than helping employees problem solve, gets angry. Extremely high employee turnover. Job descriptions online are a lie; there are promises to learn marketing and public relations, but this is strictly a sales job. You will spend hours standing at a Sams Club or Costco being a sample person. A LOT of travel without gas or food reimbursement. Minimum hourly wage with no benefits or helath insurance. There are promises for salaried income and benefits once you get promoted into management, but its very hard to get promoted. Many training sessions and office meetings are "optional" so you will not get paid for those.
