Pros
Change is in the air. New leadership team (CEO, CFO, CRO) are making positive changes and there is finally an investment in talent, structure and process improvement.
Cons
Still a long way to go. Company culture is dated, doesn't seem to be any investment in employee engagement or fostering a collaborative and open-door culture yet. Also seems to be a large generational gap in the management team compared to workers. Management have enforced working from the office 80% of the week whereas the workers are yearning for a more flexible approach. Ultimately, good talent will leave in search for a modern, flexible working arrangements.
