Work life balance and off on weekends. Honest feedbacks from employers that help us grow and make us feel better professionally.

      Pros

      Very much underrated but the company provides hike even in this market. Quality of work. You would never run out of work, mostly, which is a positive. If you are good at your work you would be operating in autonomy which is a sign of a trust on you.

      Cons

      There is too much of work at times due to which you might have to stretch. Salary on 8th which is not a con as such, but, for some it could be.
