Incompetent CTO. Shockingly Low Pay - Anonymous employee TRV Trading Employee Review

Extremely incompetent and dishonest management who lie about compensation and have little to no industry knowledge. CTO has no technical ability and over-relies on AI, expecting employees to do the same. (Uses claude with his voice levels of psychosis). Nobody respects him. Due to these reasons, employee turnover is very high and most people end up moving to larger firms (ie optiver) or leaving the industry altogether.
