      Pros

      TRUSTA provides a great opportunity to grow with the firm in auditing, accounting and tax. Due to its size, one does not get lost in the crowd. A family-orientated firm, which accommodated nursing moms before it became a law in Hawaii. A lot of international work, which makes being a member firm of Crowe Horwath International helpful.

      Cons

      Firm tends to be top-heavy but they're recruiting for additional staff.
