Pros
Benefits are good, and you can build a large network and most people are friendly and supportive. There are good career paths for sales oriented roles. Good work/life balance inside sales and applications. Excellent communication from the C-suite about the company's outlook, management plans, etc.
Cons
Pay increases are minimal for the typical roles. Most of the upward paths are sales oriented. Poor communication, many software systems, etc lead to inefficiency, which is surprising for a German company. Strong bias for German leaders in the US, usually German employees are brought in for high level roles instead of promoting Americans.
