Pros
Great training opportunities, decent management, plenty of experienced people to learn from, and ok-ish pay.
Cons
Subpar communication within the company. Some customer sites are rather disgusting, others dirty, but there’s some clean ones out there. Terrible work/life balance due to being home only on weekends, and sometimes not even then.
