Local staff is a strong team. Great work ethics and fair work life balance.
Cons
European staff blame mistakes on US engineers. HR blackballed and put people on performance plans without cause. Company is tge worst example of a family run business, backroom politics and personal grudges drive decision making. The workplace was not safe.
