Good opportunity to learn for new engineers. Plenty of chances to make mistakes and learn. Open communication with top mgmt.
Cons
Zero incentive to perform well. Management promotes their friends and makes zero effort to hide it. Then asks the high performing engineers to train the new manager. Does not recognize and award high performing employees. Cranbury NJ does not do any engineering work and the site is run like a sweat shop.
